John
Fellhauer
He has made significant contributions to the wind industry's growth in Ohio, bringing jobs and economic development to the region. John is the founder of SUREnergy, a leading wind site developer, and PowerGrid Partners, which became Northern Power's top service provider. He has also been involved in solar projects, maintaining 1MW of solar systems. John's education includes various electrical and mechanical certificates, an Industrial Electricity degree from Vanguard Vocational School, and additional coursework from Terra Community College in Fremont, Ohio. Beyond his professional achievements, John is actively engaged in community service and has received recognition for his contributions. He has donated labor and materials to support festivals in downtown Port Clinton, Ohio, and serves on several boards, including Terra Community College Foundation and Vanguard advisory board. He has also been involved with various organizations such as Rotary Club, Green Ohio, and International Assoc of Electrical Inspectors. In his free time, John enjoys fishing on Lake Erie and building businesses. His dedication to his profession, community, and personal interests makes him a well-rounded and accomplished individual.
Kenneth Ridley
Kenneth Ridley heads the Operation and Site Management of multiple Wind Farms in Hawaii, USA. Ken started his career by helping his dad on Wind Farms installation and operations. His passion and proven track record with Wind farm management at a very early age helped him grow his career and went on to manage large Wind farms across the USA. He is a highly experienced Wind Farm Site Manager and Wind Turbine Service Technician with a successful track record in managing large wind energy projects. He has managed and successfully delivered multimillion dollar critical site repowering projects. He is proficient in managing BOP projects, as well as field services and major component repairs while being highly skilled in equipment operations, parts procurement, efficient inventory management and accounting. Along with these operational skills, Ken has also demonstrated his expertise in risk mitigation and safety management. He has extensive experience in wind turbine commissioning, installation, worldwide technical repairs, and maintenance. As a site manager he is hands-on and capable of troubleshooting electrical equipment and handling commercial wiring and lighting projects. Ken has strong emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships

As President Hari heads US operations of Amar Green Energy. He has broad and extensive expertise in the field of Wind Energy equipment sales, distribution and manufacturing. He is highly motivated and passionate about building and growing the Wind Energy business. In the last few years since inception of Amar Green Energy, he has grown the Wind Energy equipment sales business manifolds. Mr. Hari started his career in the US with Sales and service of Biomedical Engineering for one of the leading medical company. Hari was the former CEO of Glaza Corporation where he managed consulting projects for major Houston area hospitals.
